1. Be Prepared
Do some research on the company prior to the actual interview. Learning about the company structure, corporate culture and values will help you perform better at an interview.

 

2. Practice, Practice, Practice
Practice answering interview questions and practice your responses to the typical job interview questions. Providing evidence of your successes is a great way to promote your candidacy.

 

3. Proper Attire
Conservative business attire is essential, even for a "causal" chat with agency. Know what is the expected attire of your profession and dress accordingly. It is always better to be overdressed than underdressed.

 

4. Be On Time

Be on time for the interview. On time means five to ten minutes early.

 

5. Show What You Know

Try to relate what you know about the company when answering questions.  When discussing your career accomplishments match them to what the company is looking for.
